Duties
Help
Prepares solicitations for IT products and services.
Assists in planning negotiation strategy, cost/price evaluation, and, upon completion of negotiations, assures contract file is in proper order.
Prepares a narrative of procurement actions and prepares contractual documents for the Contracting Officer's signature.
Reviews various contract processes to identify risks and provides notification to the Contracting Officer or supervisor for resolution.
Researches applicable solicitation and contract terms and conditions.
