Senior Analyst / Management Consultant - Energy

Your role:
You will become a part of a supportive and dynamic team that solves exciting challenges for leading companies in the energy, power, and renewable industries. Whether you lead or support a project stream, you will provide strategic recommendations, manage project plans, and deliver high-quality presentations. You will help customers optimize operations, achieve growth, and strategically position themselves for the future energy market, while also developing your own skills.
Key responsibilities in the role include:
- Lead projects from start to finish:
Guide customers through comprehensive business transformations - from idea development and strategy to planning, resource coordination, project execution, and implementation. - Drive innovation:
Use digital tools and new technology like AI and analytics to improve operations, maintenance, project execution, or technology development. - Optimize business operations:
Assess and improve the customer's organizational structure, processes, and workflows to ensure they meet their strategic goals. - Facilitate workshops and provide insights:
Conduct workshops and presentations that offer strategic recommendations. - Be a trusted advisor:
Guide customers through the energy transition and help them adapt to changing industry dynamics. - Support business growth:
Identify opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to proposal work for future projects.
Typical projects may include:
- Analysis of energy companies' current operations, project portfolios, or digital landscapes, assessing the gap to leading players and developing roadmaps with implementation strategies.
- Conducting thorough market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and developing and implementing customized digital strategies that support the customer's digital transformation and business goals.

We believe you have:
- Master's degree with good academic results in relevant fields, e.g., finance, industrial economics, economics, change management, business, management and administration, mathematics, or other relevant areas.
- 2–5 years of experience as a consultant in strategy or technology consulting, or relevant experience from the energy, power, and renewable industries.
- Experience working in cross-functional and global teams, and thrive on creative problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English and a Scandinavian language).
- A commercial mindset and the ability to identify and follow up on new business opportunities together with other Accenture leaders.
