Job DutiesThe following duties are part of the job:
- Provides oversight of proposed complex contractual actions with up to unlimited Contracting Officer authority.
- Leads team to integrate the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, values, and goals in daily work processes.
- Ensures adequacy of acquisition planning, competition in contracting, price/cost analysis, and small business utilization.
- Administers sophisticated contractual techniques such as complex contract structures with incentives and cost sharing arrangements.
- Assures standards are maintained and laws, policies, procedures, and regulations are adhered to.
