* The EHS Senior Specialist serves as an experienced individual contributor responsible for leading complex Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) initiatives that support divisional compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. This role partners with leaders and employees to drive a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, support environmental stewardship and sustainability objectives, analyze performance data and trends, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies that enhance facility performance.

* What you will do:

* + Identifies common safety/health/environmental hazards inherent in the organization's operations and establishes guidelines for protection from those hazards.

+ Provide support and EHS expertise to approximately 12 global facilities across the division, aligning on compliance, company and divisional standards.

+ Embrace Human and Organizational Principles (HOP) mindset and aligns culture, processes and systems to prevent serious injuries in the organization by delivering training, identifying high energy risk, and providing mitigation and prevention strategies.

+ Audits safety/health/environmental programs for compliance with company standards, government regulations, and adequacy relative to local conditions.

+ Monitors periodic performance reports for trends and conditions, alerts management to opportunities and makes recommendations for improvement.
