As part of US Commercial organization, this roleis responsible for execution of Market Access datastrategiesacross Immunology, Neuroscience&Specialty portfolio,workingincollaboration withleadersfrom

Brand Marketing,Market Access Strategy,Digital Lab, Internal Agency,Analytics,and external partners.

Support the strategic and tactical needs of Market Access organization, proactively seeking out strategic business opportunitiesandprovidingadvice,assistance and leadership in areas associated with the planning, procurement, provision, delivery, management, maintenance and effective business use of payer and health system information systems.

Lead ateam ofproject managers, BSCsandBSAs toanalyze business processes; elicit,analyze,and document business requirements;test andvalidatesolutionenhancements;identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility,and make recommendations typicallyseekingto exploit andleveragenew or existing technology components.

Responsibilities:

• Works with business unitpartnersto understand specific business processes,business drivers and business strategy across Market access functions; identifies and communicates resulting needs and opportunities for business process improvement that can be enabled via technology; investigates and understands capabilities of existing systems and technologies already in use across the business area and similar and interconnected business areas in Abb Vie and investigates available technologies.
• Identifiesinformationrequiredto support the Market Access business strategy andleadsthe development of appropriate information management strategies, developing them as an integrated part of the business strategy.
  
  Identifies, proposes,initiates,and leads significant improvement programs across multiple business areasestablishingrequirements for the implementation of significant changes in business functions and processes, organizational roles and responsibilities and scope or nature of technology.
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
  
  Proactively seeks out strategic business opportunities for the application of new or existing technology capabilities (across multiple Market access business areas) with high-level business unit executives providing key opinion-leading clients with comprehensive strategic analyses and insights to help them discover strategic uses of technology products and services.
• Establish andmaintainhigh-quality relationships with all levels across the company and with external partners.
  
  Develop business relationships and integrate activities with Brand,Market Access, Patient services,and Finance partners to ensure successful implementation, effective communication,and support of project efforts.
• Responsible for review and approval of data specifications, solution architecture, process flows and data sharing with Abb Vie internal Privacy, Compliance & OEC teams. Drives coordination from Abb Vie side with respect to gettingtimelyreviews and approvals from external partners.
• Brokers services within BTS on behalf of customers; coordinates portfolio of solutions and identifies interdependencies.
  
  Allies with other BTOsto remain current on project status and inform customer management of progress; conversely, keeps BTS managers aware of user issues and resolves conflicts.
  
  Identifies the impact of any relevant statutory,internal,or external regulations on the organization's use of information.
• Be able to work independently with external stakeholders to manage Third Party agreements, Supplier evaluation and Compliance with Abb Vie data policies and financial processes. Responsible for data contracting andworkingwith Legal and Purchasing organizations tofinalizethese contracts with Data suppliers, Analyticpartners,andvendorpartners.
• Has defined authority and responsibility for Market Accessapplicationsand related
