• Manage Spare Parts sales, repairs and returns at the Customer site
• Establishandmaintaingoodcustomerrelationsbypromptlyrespondingtoexternalandinternal customer’s inquiries and promoting the Company’s products and services
• Datamanagementofsparepartsinventory
• Create Excelspreadsheetsandreportgeneration.
• Keeptrackoftrendsandvolume
• Sendorderconfirmations,trackinformationandpartsreturnsauthorizationstocustomers
• Workwiththe Purchasing Manager /Shipping Managerandheadquartersinordertosecure qualified management of spare parts delivery when applicable
• Assistwithwarehouseshipping,receivingandinventoryaudits
• Requestquotationsfromlocalsuppliersandheadquartersin Austria
• Filingandshippingdocumentation;matchorderconfirmations,calculateshippingrates
• Developandupdatewrittenproceduresforeachtask.
