Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Mooseheart Child City & School is seeking a dedicated Full‑Time Family Teacher / Residential Childcare Professional (3rd Shift) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a supportive and mission‑driven team to ensure the safety, well‑being, and stability of the children in our care.
This Position Offers The Option Of a Five‑day Schedule- Tuesday–Saturday
- Sunday–Thursday

Position OverviewAs a 3rd Shift Family Teacher, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and nurturing overnight environment for children residing on campus. You will ensure their well‑being during sleeping hours while supporting the overall home structure and team dynamic.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor youth throughout the night to ensure safety and appropriate supervision
- Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or unexpected situations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly living environment
- Support the Family Teaching Team in fostering a stable and welcoming home atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding concerns, updates, or incidents
