Location: Oneida
Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of 8–13 students. You will provide care, guidance, and a structured, family-like environment to support academic, emotional, and social development.
Couples work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with duties including supervision, driving to activities, and leading devotions and chapel.
