• Oversee day‑to‑day field operations and ensure that all project work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, field personnel, and equipment to achieve project objectives.
• Enforce company and project‑specific safety policies and procedures.
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and schedules to guide construction activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and owners to resolve field issues and maintain clear communication.
• Monitor quality control and ensure work meets design standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation.
• Participate in project planning meetings, progress reviews, and closeout activities.

• Minimum of 5–10 years of field supervision experience in heavy civil, transportation, or infrastructure construction.
• Proven track record managing crews, subcontractors, and multiple phases of construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
• OSHA safety certification and a commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
