Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to bring our brand’s story to life across digital platforms. The role requires capturing key elements of our restaurants through engaging written and visual content, and working closely with marketing, operations, and management teams. This position is office‑based and includes on‑site content creation for our Denver, CO locations.
Responsibilities- Create engaging text, image, and video content
- Design posts to sustain reader curiosity and generate buzz around new products
- Stay up‑to‑date with changes on all social platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness
- Develop content in multiple formats, including text, image, and video
- Take high‑quality food and lifestyle photos (merchandise, cocktails, large groups, events) and edit using Adobe, Canva, or similar tools
- Create posts that generate buzz and retain audiences
- Oversee social media account layout
- Collaborate with operations, brand, events, and management to maintain coherent brand messaging
- Prepare and present reports on social media campaigns and strategies to leadership
- Adjust content strategy based on performance data and customer feedback to improve engagement and drive results
- Organize, sort, and maintain all digital assets in content folders for immediate access
- Other duties as assigned
Some positions may involve frequent bending, moving, lifting, and carrying material weighing up to 50 pounds; standing up to eight hours each day; working in all weather conditions; exposure to high noise levels and wearing hearing protection.
Non-Physical DemandsFrequent time pressures, frequent task changes, tedious or exact work, teamwork, occasional multitasking, emergency situations, and irregular schedule. Ability to travel between locations for content purposes required.
Qualifications / Requirements- Proven experience in social media and content creation
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms
- Ability to produce fun and engaging copy
- Delivery of creative content (text, image, video)
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar design tools
- Awareness of future trends in digital technologies and proactive action
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and analytical skills
- Desirable:
- Graphic Design experience
- Food photography experience
- Knowledge of iPhone photo and video tools
- BS degree in Marketing, new media, or relevant field

- Required years of experience: 1–2 years
- 10–20 hour work week
- Day and night shift – flexible weekly schedule
- At least 2 hours on weekends
- On‑call; onsite for events requiring content capture
- In‑office or on‑premise work environment
Compensation: $25 per hour. This is a contracted position; length of contract determined upon hire.
