The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Senior Video Editor for a prominent pharmaceutical client. This opportunity is ideal for a creative storyteller who excels at video editing, motion graphics, and visual communication.

This position sits within the client's internal creative agency, a team of approximately 120 creative professionals supporting a wide range of corporate and brand initiatives. The Video team consists of editors and project managers who collaborate closely to create compelling content for internal and external audiences.

• Edit compelling, story-driven video content that supports business and creative objectives.

• Create motion graphics, animated elements, and typographic treatments that elevate visual storytelling.

• Shape narrative, pacing, and tone for interview-driven, documentary-style, and branded content.

• Collaborate with writers, designers, producers, creative directors, and project managers throughout the production process.

• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and maintain technical excellence.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing deadlines and creative quality.

• Support production planning activities including shot lists, lighting considerations, and creative execution when needed.

• Stay current with evolving editing techniques, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.

• 3+ years of professional experience in video production, post-production, or a creative agency environment.

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

• Strong motion graphics and animation capabilities.

• Excellent storytelling instincts demonstrated through editing and pacing.

• Strong typography, composition, and visual design skills.

• Experience editing interview-driven ("talking head") and documentary-style content.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Green screen compositing experience.

• Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Veo, Runway, or similar platforms.

• Experience supporting video shoots and production activities.

• Familiarity with 3D workflows.
