The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Senior Video Editor for a prominent pharmaceutical client. This opportunity is ideal for a creative storyteller who excels at video editing, motion graphics, and visual communication.
This position sits within the client's internal creative agency, a team of approximately 120 creative professionals supporting a wide range of corporate and brand initiatives. The Video team consists of editors and project managers who collaborate closely to create compelling content for internal and external audiences.

What You'll DoEdit compelling, story-driven video content that supports business and creative objectives.
Create motion graphics, animated elements, and typographic treatments that elevate visual storytelling.
Shape narrative, pacing, and tone for interview-driven, documentary-style, and branded content.
Collaborate with writers, designers, producers, creative directors, and project managers throughout the production process.
Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and maintain technical excellence.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing deadlines and creative quality.
Support production planning activities including shot lists, lighting considerations, and creative execution when needed.
Stay current with evolving editing techniques, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.
3+ years of professional experience in video production, post-production, or a creative agency environment.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
Strong motion graphics and animation capabilities.
Excellent storytelling instincts demonstrated through editing and pacing.
Strong typography, composition, and visual design skills.
Experience editing interview-driven ("talking head") and documentary-style content.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Green screen compositing experience.
Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Veo, Runway, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting video shoots and production activities.
Familiarity with 3D workflows.
