Responsibilities

• Respond to a minimum of 40 inbound calls per day from internal sales reps and end users.
• Enter, update, and manage customer orders in SAP.
• Provide order status updates, quotes, inventory checks, pricing, returns, and replacement information.
• Process credit card payments and provide basic invoice balance details.
• Track shipments and provide proof of delivery when requested.
• Process credit/debit memo requests, invoice rebills, and documentation requests within established guidelines.
• Answer basic product questions and resolve transactional discrepancies or customer complaints.
• Maintain organized and accurate records in accordance with internal procedures.
• Support additional customer service tasks as assigned by leadership.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; inbound call center experience preferred (retail/restaurant accepted).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, customer‑centric disposition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Basic computer navigation skills and ability to manage multiple internal/external systems.
• SAP experience and/or MRO product knowledge a plus.
