* Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries
* Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes
* Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
* Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive experience for every customer
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
* Adapt to changing customer needs and company priorities
* Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Proficiency in cash handling and basic math
* Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
* Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adhere to food safety standards
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work weekends and holidays
* Team player with a collaborative spirit
* Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
