Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our Vandalia, United States location! We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. As the face of our company, you'll play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

* Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently

* Create a fun, happy, and exciting environment for our customers

* Maintain a clean and sanitized store for both team members and customers

* Prepare and deliver high-quality products consistently

* Develop and apply organizational and inventory management skills

* Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism

* Multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment

* Operate various equipment and technologies within the store

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during all shifts

* Adapt to changing priorities and customer needs with flexibility

Qualifications

* Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members

* Basic math skills for handling transactions and counting change

* Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer-first mindset

* Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds

* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies

* Customer service experience preferred

* Excellent multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously

* Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively

* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
