Trains and mentors associates on front end principles and personalizing the customer experience;
Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks for all associates;
Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience;
Communicates effectively with management and associates to set and address priorities
