* Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally

* Take accurate food orders and input them into our ordering system

* Process cash and card transactions efficiently

* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues

* Assist in pizza preparation as needed

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment

* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment

* Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods

* Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.

* Adhere to all company policies and food safety regulations

Qualifications

* Excellent phone communication and customer service skills

* Ability to take accurate orders and handle cash transactions

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems

* Strong multitasking abilities and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

* Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

* Attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely

* Stress management skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

* Food handling certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
