Growmark - - Responsibilities:
Operate all aspects of the scale, including weighing and grading of inbound, outbound, and transfer loads;
Ensure accurate documentation of weights, grades, accounts, and freight charges;
Travel to FS locations based on daily needs;
Serve as the primary point of contact for scale-related inquiries, ensuring timely communication with settlement, origination, and operations teams;
Assist with general customer service, including answering phones and providing information about elevator hours and ticket details
