Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

Part-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift (opportunity to grow into full-time)

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate service requests, dispatch technicians, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office environment.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Previous CSR, dispatching, scheduling, or office administration experience required
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on customer needs and technician availability
  • Monitor service requests and ensure timely completion
  • Provide customers with clear status updates and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, dispatch logs, and customer interactions
  • Utilize Service Titan software to manage work orders and documentation
  • Handle emergency and urgent requests with urgency and care
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve operations and customer satisfaction
