Reltio is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive customer adoption and retention while providing expertise in our product solutions. As a CSM, you will maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and help them achieve their business objectives through our platform.
You will measure customer success through retention and advocacy, working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams on strategies that enhance customer value and usage of Reltio products.
