Customer Service & Operations Coordinator Orthomed | INFINITI Medical Overview
A hands‑on role combining order fulfilment, packing and shipping with customer‑relationship responsibilities across Orthomed and Infiniti Medical’s product ranges.
Ideal for someone with a clinical/veterinary background (e.g. vet tech) looking to move into a commercial role, with genuine scope to grow the position over time.
Core Responsibilities- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders for Orthomed and Infiniti Medical products
- Process incoming customer orders accurately into the system (Net Suite)
- Liaise with couriers/freight providers to ensure timely, cost‑effective shipping
- Maintain clean records of orders, returns, and shipments
- Act as a point of contact for customer queries (orders, tracking, product availability)
- Support the global sales team with order status updates and account queries
- Assist with planning and logistics for workshops, training courses, and exhibitions
- Build familiarity with key surgeon/clinic accounts and their ordering patterns
- Potential progression toward account management and commercial coordinator role
- Help identify reorder opportunities and flag inactive accounts
- Contribute to customer communications (newsletters, product updates)
- Veterinary nursing/vet tech background highly desirable (product knowledge advantage)
- Organised, detail‑oriented, comfortable with packing tasks
- Strong communicator, customer‑friendly manner
- Interest in moving from clinical to commercial career path
- IT literate; willingness to learn order management systems (Net Suite)
- Flexible, proactive, comfortable in a small‑team environment where roles evolve
- Clear progression pathway from operational to commercial responsibilities
- Exposure to international veterinary orthopaedics and medical device industry
- Training and mentorship as the role develops
The Role
Manage day‑to‑day order processing, packing, and shipping for Orthomed and Infiniti Medical. Over time, develop into a customer service role – building relationships with surgeons and clinics, supporting the sales team, and helping with workshops and exhibitions. A great fit for a vet tech looking to move into a commercial career.
