Job DescriptionAs a Personal Banker within PNC’s Retail Branch organization, you will acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manage the customer experience, identify opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer wallet share.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
- Delivering a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
- Leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Educating customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Participating in branch daily operations and ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Demonstrating heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $49,500.00 – $82,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
