Customer Service Specialist
This role involves providing high-quality support to customers by managing orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate is technically savvy, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment. A positive attitude and high attention to detail is critical to the success of this role. Bilingual in Italian, Spanish or French highly preferred!
Key responsibilities include:
- Order processing:
Accuracy and follow-up to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction - Project management:
Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and cross-functional coordination effectively - Export operations:
Hands-on experience with export processes, shipping, supply chain, freight bookings - Time management:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints. - Excellent communication: and follow-up for external customers and internal stakeholders
- Professional business correspondence and tech savvy to work within different software platforms.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to commute everyday onsite to Deer Park
- * PLEASE NOTE
HOURS:
5am-130pm Monday-Friday - Minimum of 2 years of product based customer service experience
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with SAP or Salesforce a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership and international stakeholders
Additional details:
- This position is based on-site and involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- This role is very fast paced that requires patience and mature problem solving.
- Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a global business environment.
- Experience collaborating across time zones and cultures is highly preferred
