Regions Bank -  - Responsibilities:
Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and on the phone, processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions.;
Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfill basic servicing requests (new/replacement cards, information changes, PIN resets, reordering checks, etc.).;
Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking relationship.;
Educate customers on standard consumer products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM) to make banking easier.;
Assist branch and team members with basic tasks to aid in customer problem resolution and refer complex needs to internal experts; adhere to bank processes and applicable laws and regulations; support branch goals and service efficiency.;
May conduct outbound calls from generated lead lists to educate customers on emerging technology and help meet financial needs; track hours for overtime as applicable; incentive eligible.
