Customer Care Dispatch Specialist | Second Shift

GREAT SERVICE DOES NOT END AT 5:00 PM.

All Fleet Inc. is hiring a Second Shift Customer Care Dispatch Specialist for our operations center in Winthrop Harbor, Illinois.

Our commercial fleet customers operate around the clock. When one of their drivers experiences a breakdown, they need someone who will answer, take control, and keep them informed.

That person could be you.

Previous dispatch or trucking experience is not required. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service instincts, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment.

• Answer incoming breakdown calls
• Gather complete and accurate information
• Dispatch mobile repair technicians
• Communicate estimated arrival times and job updates
• Follow up on active service calls
• Help technicians with paperwork and customer requirements
• Recognize delays and take action
• Verify completion notes, photos, and forms
• Prepare accurate handoffs for overnight dispatch

• You have worked in hospitality, restaurants, retail, healthcare, or customer service
• You remain friendly and professional under pressure
• You take pride in helping people
• You are comfortable handling several priorities at once
• You communicate problems instead of hiding them
  
  You follow through until the issue is resolved
• You want to be trusted with real responsibility

This role requires someone who can move quickly while protecting the customer experience.

Customers should never have to chase us for an update. Technicians should never be sent without the information they need. Problems should never be ignored because the shift is almost over.

Second Shift | 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM
