Location: Lake Bluff
Kunes Auto Group is seeking a Service BDC Representative to join our growing dealership team. As the first point of contact for service customers, you'll schedule appointments, respond to inbound inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service through phone, text, and email communication.
You'll play a key role in supporting our service department by keeping schedules full, following up with customers, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
