LocationBarrington, IL
Pay$20-$21/hour (based on experience)
HoursMonday through Friday from 9-6 pm
* few shifts available
This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Job DescriptionThe CSR serves as a primary point of contact for customers regarding deliveries, pickups, order status updates, scheduling requests, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Handle 100+ daily incoming and outgoing customer communications via phone, email, and chat.
- Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules while providing timely updates and estimated arrival information.
- Assist customers with shipment inquiries, service requests, disputes, and claims.
- Process customer orders and facilitate payment transactions through company-approved systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of call center experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience in industries such as banking, insurance, collections, fraud prevention, call centers, or similar customer-focused roles preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling a large volume of customer interactions daily.
