Tommy's Express in Loves Park, IL is looking for enthusiastic, confident Customer/Guest Service Associates with a desire to help our customers with a service that our guests love and makes them happy! Our unique innovative hi-tech facility features the latest car wash technology and equipment. Customers experience the difference with our self-loading conveyor belt, an open bright wash tunnel, our environmentally friendly wash system, and our state-of-the art vacuum systems.

We also offer guest conveniences, like the no-hassle monthly wash club that can be managed right from their phones.

• Ensure a consistently great, positive customer experience for every guest.
• Interact warmly with guests, explain our services, and respond with confidence to questions.
• Communicate promotions and wash package details effectively.
• Learn and oversee wash quality.
• Process point-of-sale purchases.
• Partner with team members to maintain a clean facility.
• Conduct equipment inspections and perform general maintenance.
• Communicate with management and operations team.

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Confident, friendly, outgoing personality and energetic, inclusive spirit.
• Willingness to learn new sales, customer service, and point-of-sale technology skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player and customer focused.
• Comfortable with technology.
• Complete company training program.

• Must be 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
