O'Fallon Family Dental Care is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.
Work Schedule (open to part-time):
- Monday: 7:30am‑6:00pm
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:30am‑5:00pm
- Thursday: 7:00am‑4:00pm
60min recare, 90min new patient appointment.
SRP – hygienists discretion.
Bi‑weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned.
Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses.
We have iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available.

With the support of a practice manager, a highly trained team on site, coupled with a vast network of experts across the nation, you’ll be completely connected to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental.

- Current dental hygienist license in Illinois.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health.
- Clinical experience as required by office.
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation and with reasonable accommodations made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.
- TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions; test completed prior to starting employment.
