At Benevis, we create over a million smiles a year for underserved families and need a Traveling Associate Dentist to support our mission in providing exceptional dental care to children and adults across the country.
ResponsibilitiesTraveling Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team. They uphold the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs. Other duties are assigned as needed.
Practice Features- Denta Pro software
- Digital x‑ray and Panorex units
- Fiber‑optic handpieces
- Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
- Staff ratio: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider
- Patient base: primarily ages 3‑21 with up to 30% adult population (varies by location)
- Office flow: average 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day; state insurance plans and mixed PPO/out‑of‑network payor mix
- DDS/DMD from a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state(s) where care is provided, or eligibility for licensure
- Other certifications as required (CPR, DEA, etc.) and Nitrous Oxide certification (for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and strong desire to provide dental care to children and adults
- Guaranteed biweekly salary during ramp period or a percentage of collections
