Nuvia Dental Implant Center is rapidly expanding and seeking enthusiastic Dental Assistants to join our growing team. We offer a dynamic work environment focused on dental implant services and exceptional patient care across more than 45 locations nationwide.
What Nuvia Offers- Base pay $25–$30 per hour, up to $46 per hour with bonuses
- Monthly bonuses up to $2,000 (≈$12 per hour) and quarterly bonuses up to $2,000 (≈$4 per hour)

The surgical dental assistant supports surgeons and restorative dentists in providing safe, premium care. Responsibilities span setup, surgery assistance, impressions, X‑rays, sterilization, and patient communication.
Responsibilities- Live company core values
- Take impressions and pour molds
- Take patient photos
- Perform X‑rays and cone beam imaging
- Set up appointments in scheduling platform
- Set up and disassemble operation rooms, ensuring no room‑outs
- Place orders for basic and implant supplies
- Adjust and re‑line prostheses
- Assist the doctor during a variety of surgical implant procedures
- Deliver pre‑ and post‑operative instructions
- Perform sterilization and daily cleaning
- Manage patient expectations and provide high‑quality care
- Registered Dental Assistant with required certifications
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Self‑starter who works well as part of a team
- Patient‑centric with strong communication skills
- Outgoing and empathetic
- Flexible and quick learner
- Excellent organizational skills and high office aptitude
Surgery prep and start: Prepare instruments and patients for surgery, meet surgeon and CRNA to review expectations, assist CRNA with intubation and surgery.
Morning huddle: Review the day's schedule and partner with the team to discuss specific patient needs.
Meet lab deadlines: Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines, ensuring patients receive prosthetics within 24 hours.
Overcoming obstacles: Use experience to problem‑solve daily issues, including equipment challenges, patient delays, and concerns, keeping processes running smoothly.
Perform circular tasks: Keep the clinic operating at its best by ordering supplies, sterilizing instruments, ensuring compliance, and handling lab requests.
End of day: Complete all surgery reports, review patient charts, lab cases, and implant plans, and prepare the action plan for the following day.
