Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay range $XX-XX per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Flexible schedules.

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services under general supervision of a dentist
• Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride
• Offer Same‑Day Care opportunities to patients
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
• Assess dental condition and needs and review medical history
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards
• Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process
• Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary
• Take x‑rays and save into patient charts when necessary
• Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for patients and parents

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
• CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA with hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire)
• Experience working with pediatric patients (70% or more of patient base)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
