Traveling Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Dental Hygienist – full‑time or part‑time. Pay range $45–55 per hour (negotiable). Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus with monthly office performance bonuses.

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services under the general supervision of a dentist
• Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants and fluoride applications
• Provide excellent customer service and offer Same‑Day Care opportunities
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene and preventive care
• Assess dental conditions and review medical histories
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards
• Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process
• Assist with dental and perio charting and x‑ray archiving
• Create memorable patient experiences through compassion and professionalism

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
• CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, with hands‑on skill assessment required upon hire
• Proficiency in dental X‑rays, scaling, prophylaxis, sealants and fluoride applications
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented attitude
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient‑centered care
