Dental Hygienist

Compensation: $50–$55 per hour, with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

Schedule:

Monday 8:00–18:15, Tuesday 8:00–17:15, Wednesday off, Thursday 8:00–18:15, Friday 8:00–17:00 (no weekends).

• Review and update X‑rays, chart notes, and maintain related equipment.
• Record detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims.
• Maintain strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance.
• Sterilize instruments and manage hygiene supplies.
• Perform prophylaxis and scaling & root planing.
• Apply fluoride varnish and place sealants.
• Educate patients on oral health and the mouth‑body connection.
• Support patient and team relationships with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment.

• Illinois licensed hygienist.
• Current certification from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A compassionate, patient‑centered approach.
• Ability to connect with diverse patient populations.
