• DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in the state of Florida.
• Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues.

• Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans.
• Position will require access to minimum PHI necessary for job‑related functions; regular HIPAA training will be required and PHI must be protected.
