Lead Kitchen & Bath Sales Designer

Overview

We’re hiring a Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Designer. Design high-end kitchens, baths, and full-home renovations in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicagoland. Join an established Design & Build remodeling firm with in-house marketing that delivers qualified leads, and a collaborative design + project management team that supports you.

• 3+ years kitchen & bath design/sales experience
• Proficiency in CAD software (20/20, Chief Architect, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Strong communication, organization, and sales skills
• Passion for residential design and remodeling
• Proven sales ability history, and a positive, team-focused attitude

• Consult with homeowners and guide projects from concept to sale
• Design and specify cabinetry and materials
• Create drawings and presentations using CAD software
• Manage multiple projects while delivering an exceptional client experience

• Qualified leads provided, no cold prospecting
