Project Architect

Location:

Peoria, IL

• Create, manage, and produce projects in Advanced Technology, as well as other project types.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams from concept to delivery.
• Mentor junior architectural staff.
• Participate in business development pursuits.
• Generate work and create long-term client relationships.
• Develop, review, and approve proposals, reports, and contract documents.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required; master’s preferred, from a NAAB accredited university.
• Registered Architect (NCARB preferred, but not required).
• 8–12 years of experience in architectural design and planning within core markets.
• Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience.
• Success in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Proficient use of Revit (a plus).
• Experience with Sketch Up, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, coordination, leadership, team‑building, and managerial skills.

Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000
