Your RoleWe are seeking an in-person Project Architect to lead custom residential projects from concept to completion. This position requires a balance of design ability, technical knowledge, project management, and client communication.
You will work directly with consultants, builders, and team members to deliver projects that meet the firm s standards for design and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead projects through all phases of design and construction, serving as the primary architectural resource for assigned projects.
- Develop and evaluate design solutions that respond to client goals, site conditions, zoning requirements, budgets, and construction constraints.
- Prepare and oversee the production of construction documents, permit submissions, and consultant coordination while maintaining the firm s standards for design and technical quality.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and municipal agencies to ensure projects remain aligned with schedule, budget, and design intent.
- Resolve complex design and technical challenges through research, analysis, and sound architectural judgment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members while contributing to a collaborative studio environment.
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- 5-7 years of residential architectural experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning requirements, and permitting processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- A collaborative studio focused on residential design.
