The salary range for this position is $240,000 - $300,000 (Annually)

Northwestern Medicine Health Network is seeking an experienced and compassionate Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join our team in Waterman, IL, located in the far west suburbs of Chicago.
As a NM Primary Care Physician in Waterman, you will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an environment where you can truly make a difference. You will manage a wide variety of conditions across all ages, while emphasizing preventative care and patient education. This unique opportunity allows you to serve as the primary physician for the community, offering comprehensive care in a rural setting.

Highlights
- Serve as the sole lead Physician
- Collaborate with a team of experienced and highly-supportive healthcare professionals
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm with a flexible schedule
- Call responsibilities: Q8 shared and rotated
- Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
- Advance practice provider, nurse, and medical assistant support
- Access to a comprehensive network of NM Specialists and state-of-the-art facilities
- Hospital privileges at NM Valley West and Kishwaukee Hospitals
- EPIC electronic health system
Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine
- Valid and unrestricted IL license
- Seniority level
