Specialized coverage is required to maintain continuous operations across the cardiothoracic surgery service line.

The physician associate will provide comprehensive cardiothoracic surgery coverage across inpatient and operating room settings, working 8-10 hour day shifts with call responsibilities. Clinical duties include performing EVH, CABG, and aortic valve procedures while managing adult patients in a Level 2 trauma facility. The clinician will work 7 on/off shift rotations and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure continuity of care across the cardiothoracic surgery service line.

Board certification and prescriptive authority are mandatory requirements for this position.
