The Staff Pad is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for an exciting opportunity at a community-focused hospital in Anna, Illinois. Position Highlights

• Up to $220/hour (1099) + $20/hour differential
• W2 option available: $200/hour + full benefits + sign-on bonus
• Flexible scheduling with 24-hour physician shifts
• Full-time = 6 shifts per month (excellent work-life balance)
• Approximately 8,800 annual visits (20–25 patients per shift)

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Prior Emergency Medicine experience and/or EM fellowship training required

Compensation & Benefits

• Average annual earnings of $400,000+ potential
• Up to $164,000 in additional incentives, including:
