Medical Director/Attending Physician
We are seeking a dedicated medical director/attending physician to provide exceptional care across local skilled nursing facilities in Casey, IL. This part-time opportunity offers outstanding scheduling flexibility, a collaborative practice environment, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of post-acute and long-term care patients. As the attending physician, you will partner with experienced nurse practitioners and physician assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while providing clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities.
Current facility opportunities:
Carlinville, Coulterville, Flanagan, Galesburg, Hillsboro, Macomb, Marshall, Mascoutah, Paris and Springfield, Illinois.
Additional opportunities nationwide:
Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
Position highlights:
- Part-time schedule serving local skilled nursing facilities
- Physicians typically cover each facility 1–2 days per week
- No fixed daily start or end times
- No call responsibilities
- No overnight shifts
- 18 – 25 visits per day
- Flexible schedule that promotes an excellent work-life balance

Requirements:
- Active MD or DO, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board certified or board eligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R & ED
- Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
