This facility is a large, Level 1 trauma hospital in Illinois that maintains the clinical infrastructure and established protocols necessary to support locum tenens vascular surgery coverage. The facility operates on-site across inpatient, clinic, and operating room settings, with APP support available to facilitate coordinated patient care. Emergency privileges are available as an option, subject to approval, to ensure continuity of surgical services throughout the coverage period.

About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide 24-hour call coverage for vascular surgery services across inpatient, clinic, and operating room settings at a Level 1 trauma facility in Illinois. Coverage is required during a period of medical leave, with 2 APPs available for support in the hospital setting and 1 APP along with nursing staff providing support in the clinic. All clinical documentation is to be completed using the EPIC EMR system.
An active Illinois license is required for consideration, and board certification in Vascular Surgery is negotiable.
