- Healthy pediatric patients (routine dental procedures)
- 3 procedure days per week

- MD Anesthesiologist
- ABA Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Comfortable providing pediatric anesthesia (Pediatric fellowship not required — experience or demonstrated comfort is key)
- Active Illinois license or willingness to obtain
- Prior office-based or ASC experience preferred
- Patient-centered, quality-driven approach
