Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct in‑home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members.
You will visit members at home to review medications and medical history, perform a physical evaluation, and document findings. Compensation includes a base rate per assessment with weekly earnings potential of $3,000–$5,000, plus a market multiplier up to 135% and travel support where eligible.
