Shift: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week, optional Monday-Thursday schedule;

Competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave, licensure, travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program What You ll Do Conduct inpatient consults and manage outpatient cardiology cases Read EKGs and echocardiograms, supervise stress testing Manage patients with coronary artery disease, hypertension, and heart failure Collaborate with support staff including APPs, RNs, and medical assistants Support hospital rounding needs and provide consultative care Document patient interactions accurately in the EPIC EMR system Provide telephonic call coverage as part of on-call responsibilities What You Need

Required:

Valid Illinois medical license Board certification in Cardiology or General Cardiology BLS certification Minimum of 2 years of clinical cardiology experience Preferred:
Experience managing adult cardiac conditions in a hospital setting Ability to read EKGs and echocardiograms proficiently About the Assignment This assignment involves providing cardiology consultation and inpatient care at a well-respected hospital in Centralia, IL.
