Location: Mount Carmel
The Hem/Onc position in Southern Illinois offers an exceptional balance of income and quality of life: no call, no inpatient consults, and a true four‑day work week with highly flexible scheduling. Compensation is exceptionally competitive, with a starting base salary of $800K+ plus wRVU and quality bonuses.
Recruitment incentives up to $300K can include sign‑on, relocation, loan reimbursement, or training stipend.
