Practice Environment:
- Level I Trauma Center and regional burn center
- ~68,000 annual ED visits
- Separate adult and pediatric emergency departments
- Full specialty backup including trauma surgery, ICU, and subspecialties
- Team-based model with strong physician and APC collaboration
Schedule & Coverage:
- Flexible scheduling with 8–10-hour shifts
- Overlapping physician coverage across all shifts
