Step into an established concierge practice without having to build a patient panel from scratch.
A well-established concierge primary care group in Richmond is seeking an experienced Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to succeed a retiring physician and inherit an established patient panel.
The practice offers the time and infrastructure to deliver highly personalized, relationship-based primary care—with substantially lower patient volume and longer appointments than traditional primary care.
Position Highlights- Established concierge patient panel
- Average 8‑10 patients daily
- 30–60 minute appointments
- Panel cap of approximately 450 patients
- 4.5-day workweek
- Dedicated nurse and clinical support
- Outpatient-only practice
- No hospital call
- No RVU requirements
- Established concierge organization and practice infrastructure
