Shift: Day (Monday - Friday; either five 8‑hour shifts or four 10‑hour shifts per week)

The Medical Director provides clinical direction, supervises medical staff, and ensures efficient, clinically appropriate services under the supervision of the Statewide Medical Director. The role includes participation in committees such as Continuous Quality Improvement, Infection Prevention and Control, and Pharmacy & Therapeutics.

• Lead clinical services and delivery at the site.
• Supervise medical staff and provide clinical oversight.
• Ensure compliance with state and institutional quality standards.
• Participate in CQI, Infection Prevention and Control, and Pharmacy & Therapeutics committees.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois MD/DO license (or ability to obtain).
• Active, unrestricted DEA registration.
• Pass credentialing, drug screening, and background check.
• BC/BE in a primary care specialty.

Annual salary starting at $280,800 or higher based on experience.
