UW Health in northern Illinois seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join one of our close-knit rural communities while benefiting from the resources and support of Swedish American Medical Group and UW Health.

- MD or DO
- Required - Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program in the United States
- Required
- Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
- Required - Active Illinois medical license
- Required - Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine. Board certification must be obtained within 5 years

- Competitive salary range (based on experience):
- o $290,000 - $320,479
